This complete apartment block on Plymouth’s Sussex Place has a single apartment on each of the four floors, including a small loft apartment and a basement. With this project, it was our mission to produce a stylish, clean finish but with all of the original Victorian characteristics maintained. Now, the property is rented out as Airbnb accommodation, and we’re extremely proud of the results we achieved.
