We were proud to be involved in the Phase 1 conversion works for the Alma Yard project, converting buildings that were part of an old window & rope factory into beautiful creative studios and communal spaces.

This previous chinese restaurant and noodle lounge was transformed into 6 luxury, spacious apartments in a historical area of Plymouth. The property features modern lighting accents and juliet balconies with scenic views over the harbour.

We completely renovated this two-storey apartment located right in the heart of Plymouth, turning it into a popular Airbnb property.

Similar to our Sussex Place project, our work at Keynedon Barton centred around finding the perfect balance between modern style and preservation of the beautiful old characteristics of the property.
