From the outset, we worked closely with the client and preservation experts, navigating the intricate landscape of heritage regulations. The challenge was to breathe new life into the building while respecting its historical integrity and overcoming the issues that often arise with older buildings such as damp proofing and structural reinforcement. The result is five luxury apartments that seamlessly marry historic charm with contemporary elegance.
