Alma Yard - Phase 1
We were proud to be involved in the Phase 1 conversion works for the Alma Yard project, converting buildings that were part of an old window & rope factory into beautiful creative studios and communal spaces.
Alma Yard, previously a rope factory from the maritime boom of the 1800s, has been transformed into an inspiring co-working community, comprising of creative studios spaces and communal areas.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1 of the Alma Yard project, we took on management of the next phase - a quick turnaround project of 6 purpose built studios with timber cladding. Our team's dedication, experience and expertise ensured that the build, from inception to completion, took only 8 weeks!
We take pride in our role as a construction company in contributing to Alma Yard's transformation.
