We were proud to be involved in the Phase 1 conversion works for the Alma Yard project, converting buildings that were part of an old window & rope factory into beautiful creative studios and communal spaces.
The property comprises a series of buildings dating back to the mid-19th century and the client’s intention is to create a home for a community of creatives. The completed first phase now hosts a variety of creatives including painters, interior designers, a bakery, hairdressers, printers, jewellery makers and more.
In addition to the renovations, we constructed a series of 6 new build studios on the site which took 8 weeks to build from start to finish!
